FAQ

Five honest answers before you book.

The five objections we hear from suburban owners on the fence — plain language, what we actually do, and a one-click next step when the answer fits.

  1. 01Cost
Will this cost more than my salon?

Our rate is flat per dog size, not per add-on. Bath, brush-out, ear clean, paw trim, and a sanitary trim are all in the price you see — no surprise line for “Matt X-Large” or “De-shed Extreme” when the van pulls up. Coats that need a step up go up a tier at booking time, never at the door. See pricing.

  2. 02Anxiety
My dog hates car rides and other dogs.

Your pup never leaves the driveway. Solo session in a quiet van, no waiting room full of strange dogs, no crate dryer, no barking lobby. For most anxious or reactive dogs that’s the difference between a meltdown and a calm tail wag. Book a slot.

  3. 03Weather
What about January or a heat wave?

The van is climate-controlled and self-powered — heated hydrobath in February, AC and shade in August. Rain, snow, or 95° driveways, the appointment runs the same. The salon comes to your driveway, weather built in. Book a slot.

  4. 04Supplies
Do I need to set anything up?

Nothing. We bring filtered warm water, the right shampoo for the breed, dryers, towels, clippers, and a sanitary station. You don’t need a tub, towels, old sheets, or a bottle of shampoo — your dog walks out to the van and walks back inside clean. Book a slot.

  5. 05Scheduling
How does timing work? Do I have to play phone tag?

Pick a slot online in under sixty seconds — no callbacks, no voicemails. You’ll get a 30-minute heads-up text and a 5-minute text with the live route link, and the arrival window is the same one the groomer is driving toward. Check your area first, then Book a slot.

Ready when you are

Still on the fence?

Most owners book their first slot in under a minute and have the photo report before the van pulls away. Same-day openings drop every morning at 7am.
